Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
Producing site progress report to management.
Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.
Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.
Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable 10-15 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects
