Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

Ensure timely and quality execution of projects according to specifications, budgets, and deadlines.

Coordinate and collaborate with the Project Office and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Actively participate in project management meetings and provide regular project updates.

Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Manage project teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting in line with company and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore's SPPG (Standard Provision for Roadworks and Street works) projects is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
