Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions.
Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities.
Manage project delivery: attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety standards, monitor programme status, manage quality, and support handover to operations teams.
Concurrently manage multiple projects, including new data centre builds and capital improvement projects.
Requirements :
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field), Mechanical specialization preferred.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management.
Ideally familiar with datacentre projects or complex projects in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)environment.
Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Self-driven, approachable, and an excellent team player.
Flexible and forward-thinking, able to adapt to continuous changes in project direction.
Results-focused with a get things done approach.
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, able to quickly grasp key issues and provide clear direction to team members.
Possess a proficiency in technical knowledge
