Job Description
- 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.
- Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.
- Experience in responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.
- Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA
- Good data analysis skills
- Generative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, AI Assistants)
- Prompt Engineering and AI Use Case Design
- Data Analysis and Visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate, Workflow Solutions)
- AI Governance, Model Risk Management, and Responsible AI Principles
