Project Manager- Testing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Responsible AI and Enterprise AI Platform initiatives within the banking environment. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and AI adoption initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and enterprise technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive project initiation activities, including business case preparation, funding approvals, resource planning, and governance approvals.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with business, technology, architecture, security, infrastructure, risk, compliance, procurement, and external vendors.
• Manage procurement lifecycle activities including RFI/RFP preparation, vendor evaluations, commercial assessments, and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC, risk management, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports and executive-level project updates.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation management.
• Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Project / Program Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, budgeting, funding approvals, procurement, and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls.
• Experience in AI, Generative AI, Responsible AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, regulated environments.
