The Digital Department at INSEAD supports the school's global operations by delivering cuttingedge technological solutions that enhance teaching, research, and administrative functions. It ensures seamless integration of digital tools and infrastructure across all campuses, fostering innovation and operational efficiency.

INSEAD is seeking a Project Manager, Learning Technology (Internal Job Title: Project Manager, Digital Delivery) to join our Digital Department. This is a fulltime, permanent position based at our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

About The Job

Reporting to the Associate Director, Learning Technology and Alumni Systems, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering digital learning experiences across our Degree Programmes (DP) and Executive Development Programmes (EDP). In this role,you won't just manage projects you'll drive impact, championing usercentric solutions and ensuring INSEAD's learning platforms evolve with purpose, clarity, and excellence.

Your role within the team

In this highly visible and influential role, you will:

  • Own endtoend delivery of multiple digital initiatives scoping, shaping, executing, launching, and driving adoption across our learning platforms.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, challenging assumptions, refining requirements, and ensuring alignment every step of the way.
  • Navigate priorities and dependencies across Digital Delivery and crossfunctional teams, ensuring risks are surfaced early and decisions are wellinformed. Regular review of existing Learning Technology tools and platforms.
  • Steer budgets, vendors, and external technical partners, safeguarding delivery quality and financial accountability.
  • Create clarity through structured plans, status updates, and decision logs enabling smooth execution and strong governance.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Leads to balance technical constraints with usercentric, scalable solutions across new projects (Run) and existing operations (Build).
  • Crosscoordinate with fellow Project Managers to synchronise timelines, unlock efficiencies, and keep our portfolio running smoothly.

The ideal candidate profile

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years experience in digital project and/or product delivery, ideally within education or learning technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, exceptional communication skills, and confidence operating in dynamic, resourceconstrained environments.
  • Handson expertise in Agile (Scrum), requirements gathering, vendor management, and digital learning tools.
  • A structured, proactive, selfdriven mindset with the ability to see around corners and deliver with accountability.
  • Enjoy working across cultures and time zones, actively sharing information, and contributing to an inclusive, solutiondriven team environment.
  • Take pride in delivering highquality work, holding yourself accountable, and continuously developing your expertise.
