Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance

Resolve issues and delays efficiently

Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management and clients

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project/renovation management

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and materials

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
