Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior decoration projects from design stage to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, material selection, and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and cost control.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve technical and site issues promptly with practical solutions.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or decoration project management.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
