Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

. To assist Director in the daily execution of work.

. To supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of renovation projects

. To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

. Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

. Oversee and coach employees

. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

. Check production output according to specifications

. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirement

. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Experiences in renovation works will be advantageous.

. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

. Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

. Organizational and leadership abilities

. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

. Problem-solving skills

. Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

. Must work on weekends/PH.
