Job Description
- Under direct supervision, this position assists the execution and delivery of project(s). Provides assistance to Project Manager(s).
- Assists in controls of resources assigned to the project(s).
- Assists in ensuring the delivery of quality customer service personnel, property and environmental safety.
- Assists in planning, organisation, coordination and control of domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Assists with development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
- Demonstrates commitment to developing their skills, competencies, application of expertise knowledge of specific PPS service lines.
- Assists in preparing project cost estimates and billing documents. Assists engineers and tech professionals with project tasks.
- Supervises project operational personnel.
- Develops business management skills and assists with proposals.
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle is required.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
Requirement
Skills are typically acquired through completion of HES career development requirements as Service Specialist or as an Associate Technical Professional.
