Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee marine-related projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, coordination among stakeholders, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant marine regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct site inspections and project audits when required
- Maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Marine, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in marine, offshore, or engineering sectors
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Sound knowledge of marine industry standards and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
