About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Management professional to lead complex, mid-to-long-term initiatives within a global manufacturing environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and technical execution. You will not just manage tasks you will be an architect of operational change across multiple international sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable project roadmaps. You will drive alignment across diverse functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure global synergy.

• Future-Proofing Operations: Actively identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven recommendations for future capital projects and process improvements.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: From initial scoping and budget definition to milestone tracking and final delivery. You will manage sub-projects, define work packages, and lead interdisciplinary teams.

• Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Management Committee. You will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, managing external consultants, university partners, and internal site leads.

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all developments adhere to strict Quality Management (QM) standards while protecting Intellectual Property (IP) and ensuring economic viability.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in Project Management within Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductors, or Engineering.

• Familiarity with structured PM methodologies (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prince2) and Quality Systems.

• Comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts.

• Ability to lead through influence. You must be able to coordinate teams that do not report to you directly.
