Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 projects across all modules. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, integration expertise, and proven managerial and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, and other modules).
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Oversee Dynamics 365 integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and business process alignment.
- Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure solution design meets business needs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to cross-functional project teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Proactively identify project risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support change management and user adoption activities to maximize ROI on Dynamics solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement (CE), Sales, Service, and other modules.
- Hands-on experience in managing Dynamics 365 integrations with third-party and legacy systems.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated people management skills leading teams, managing performance, and resolving conflicts.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, Microsoft Dynamics certifications) are highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, or public sector.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and CI/CD pipelines.
