We're Hiring: Project Manager cum Diagnostic Engineer
Andes Consultants is a specialist building consultancy providing diagnostic investigations, faade inspections, project management, and advisory services. As part of our Andes 2.0 transformation into a tech-enabled consultancy, we are looking for a dynamic professional who can bridge Project Management (PM) and Diagnostics to deliver excellence across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (PM):
- Lead and manage repair, repainting, and faade projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Oversee site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.
Diagnostics:
- Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using tools such as Infrared Thermography (IRT), moisture meters, cover meters, and drones.
- Perform faade and building condition assessments in line with BCA's PFI and TR78/TR119 standards.
- Analyse results, prepare diagnostic reports, and provide technical recommendations.
Cross-functional Contribution:
- Work closely with the Drone & Tech Unit and Andes Academy to adopt smart inspection solutions.
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing within the company.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or building diagnostics.
- Familiarity with repainting, waterproofing, and faade inspection projects.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic/NDT tools preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for technology adoption (AI/ML, drones, smart inspection).
