Hi Everyone! Ravenry is a Singapore-based market research and consultancy firm currently looking to hire a fractional Project Manager in Singapore for a 4-month engagement.

Our global clients include consulting firms, government agencies, corporations, and start-ups, and we cover research topics from various industries such as healthcare, engineering, education, sustainability, and e-commerce. Project Overview

We are conducting a study in Singapore on fractional talent adoption. The objectives are to:

• Map the end-to-end employer journey, from identifying needs through talent onboarding
• Identify pain points and opportunities across different employer segments
• Benchmark best practices to uncover success factors in fractional workforce adoption
• Propose strategic, actionable recommendations to accelerate adoption

As the Project Manager in Singapore, you will:

• Lead and manage data collection (B2B surveys and interviews)
• Work closely with both the client and Ravenrys internal team to ensure smooth execution
• Support local project delivery and ensure high-quality outputs within the project timeline

Requirements

• Based in Singapore
• Minimum 57 years of experience in project management, preferably in market research, consulting, or workforce-related studies
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and managing survey-based research
• Available for a fractional, part-time engagement over 4 months
