Role Overview

This will be a 1 year contract role.

Lead Out-of-Box Failures (OOBF) and cost-down projects at the Singapore manufacturing site. Drive cross-functional execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain alignment with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost-down initiatives.
  • Develop and Maintain schedule, and budget; manage change control.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions.
  • Identify cost-down opportunities and track savings.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as single point of contact for client; prepare executive updates materials.
  • Facilitate governance calls and maintain transparent communication.

Compliance & Financials

  • Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols.
  • Monitor budget and burn rate; support rate card and contracting processes.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience in engineering environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Systems/ME/EE engineering.
  • Experience with supplier cost-down and DFM/DFA practices.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485/FDA QSR).
  • Background in RCA/CAPA and cost-down delivery.
