Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycles, ensuring completion within budget, time, and quality standards.
Adhere to all regulatory and legislative requirements during project phases.
Plan projects comprehensively and drive them towards successful completion.
Uphold and enforce standards of safety, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
Foster continuous improvement within project operations.
Effectively communicate and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Exhibit resourcefulness, excellent planning, and time management skills.
Handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure while maintaining a detail-oriented focus.
Support the performance and well-being of the project team.
Work across both on-site and office settings.
Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related construction discipline.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with conservation projects or restoration works such as museums, historical buildings, or A&A Works.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
