PROJECT MANAGER

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop master project schedules, set key milestones, and define resource allocations (manpower, equipment, and logistics).

Site & Technical Coordination: Supervise on-site installation activities, review shop drawings, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Testing & Commissioning: Oversee Customer's Acceptance Tests and system integration checks to ensure operational readiness.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, manage procurement status, process claims, and handle out-of-scope variation works.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main link between clients, consultants, management, and technical teams through regular progress meetings
