Job Description
Salary Range
- $5000–$7000
- Performance related pay

- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
- Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and project resources
- Review drawings, specifications, and resolve site technical issues
- Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover
- Ensure all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards, and safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team
- Minimum 6–10 years experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer in electrical construction
- Minimum 1 completed HDB BTO project is REQUIRED
- Experience in HDB, residential, or building electrical projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning
- Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
