What will you do

• Handle project administration tasks (e.g., collation and compilation of monthly progress reports, tracking of deliverables, preparation and tracking of CoC).
• Ensure tasks and activities are completed within the required service timelines.
• Track outstanding transactions and follow up to ensure closure.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Working experience of 5 to 7 years in PMO administrative operations (Previous exposure in IT industry is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Excel-Pivot Table, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Scheduling, Teams, Sharepoint.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
• Structured, organized, proactive, independent, self-motivated and strong team player.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal) with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Possesses strong sense of ownership and tenacity.
• Possesses initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.
• Able to work in a matrix organization.
