Provide project management services to our client's sites
To conduct daily checks on project works to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationship with stakeholders
To manage the term contractors and to ensure the projects are being delivered to site according to given timeline
To assist in daily project work, attend to any feedback on site and report if there is any issues
Responsible for the coordination of meetings and do power point presentation to the client
To obtain quotations and raising of invoices to client as and when needed.
To ensure the vendor has submitted their RA, SWP, safety related reports
Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Project Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience or its equivalent
Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate.
The PE shall have general competency in the use of Outlook emails and the following application software MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.
Meticulous and a good team player and ability to manage a team of technicians.
