Project Executive (Junior)

Duties:

. Attend project meetings.
. Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
. Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
. Ensure safe work procedures and measures are implemented at the work site.
. Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
. Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
. Review duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance

. Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
. Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.
