Project Coordinator

Role Overview:
Support the Project Manager and site teams in coordinating, and executing projects across multiple job sites. Ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for projects to ensure safe and smooth operations.

• Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.

• Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and external vendors to ensure proper upkeep and security of the sites.

• Write and submit reports as and when necessary

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field

• Minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license or own transport (must travel independently to sites).
• Hands-on leader, willing to work alongside site teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible to work at different job sites, including outdoors.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
