Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves coordinating projects, supporting project managers in planning and execution, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and addressing any issues that may arise to maintain project efficiency.
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities for effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation and record-keeping, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies for remote coordination and project tracking.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a sustainability-focused or packaging-related industry is an added advantage.
