Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager will oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include organizing project documentation, scheduling meetings, maintaining communication with stakeholders, identifying any challenges, and offering viable solutions. The role also involves managing resources and budgets to support project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities and projects effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
