Role Description

This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, offers flexibility with a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. As a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, managing project schedules, and liaising with teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication. Additionally, you will oversee documentation, track project milestones, and provide solutions for effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Coordination skills, with an understanding of timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for effective decision-making
  • Experience with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements
  • A degree or diploma in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
