Job Title: Project Assistant (Human Resources and Organisation Development)
Working Hours:
Hybrid arrangement - minimum 3 days in office per week
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the HR Recruitment team, providing end-to-end administrative, coordination, and operationalsupport across recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and outreach events.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support assigned HR initiatives and programmes, including:
- Data preparation
- Launching workflows and processes in HR systems
- Providing first-level responses to stakeholders
- Creation of videos, slides, and administrative/logistical support
- Provide recruitment support to the talent attraction team, including:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding requests for talent programme hires and experienced hires
- Engage with new hires and employees on onboarding-related matters
- Support recruitment of temporary or support staff based on organisational needs
- Administer HR processes, including:
- Preparation of reports and resources
- Maintenance of HR systems
- Processing payments for procured services
- Maintain accurate personnel records and perform data entry into HR systems
- Track hiring data and maintain division databases
- Assist in planning and executing outreach events, including:
- Procurement of event-related services
- Vendor management (venue, catering, AV, etc.)
- Logistics coordination and event communications
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years experience in recruitment operations, events management or related experiences
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and adept at handling data
- Organised and thorough in follow-through
- Resourceful and possess good initiative in proposing new ideas/solutions
