The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of subsidiaries and special projects within the Group. This role ensures operational efficiency, consistent service delivery standards, profitability, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager works closely with department and business unit heads, as well as key stakeholders, to drive performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units.
- Standardize operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across the Group.
- Monitor service delivery standards and customer experience.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and support managers and staff to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training and development plans.
- Foster a positive work culture and drive staff engagement and retention.
3. Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability across all business units.
- Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce operational inefficiencies.
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalated feedback.
- Drive service excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Enforce company policies and governance standards across all subsidiaries.
6. Resource & Vendor Management
- Oversee resource planning, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ensure effective cost management and optimal resource utilization.
7. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Support expansion plans, including new business setup and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify market trends and recommend business improvements.
8. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between headquarters and all subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of operational frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
