Job Title: Production Team Lead, Battery & Electronics Manufacturing
Location: Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)
Salary: $2,700 - $3,900 gross/month (depending on workdays)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operators.
- Assign tasks and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Monitor production processes to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols (PPE usage, hazardous material handling).
- Conduct quality checks and report any defects or deviations.
- Investigate and document incidents or near-misses.
- Train new operators on machinery, production processes, and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing (battery/electronics preferred).
- Previous experience leading or supervising a production team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and occasional overtime.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards familiarity with 5S, ISO, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
