Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor production material consumption, track waste, and maintain accurate records for each order.
- Approve material requests from the Production Leader or Operators.
- Verify setup time and run time reported by the Production Leader or Operators via the ERP system.
- Stock control and maintain records of tooling, such as tips and dies, vacuum sleeves, and glass tubes.
- Monitor production consumable items and request replenishment as needed.
- Review production forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify that all sublot labels are correct and accurately applied.
- Actively participate in safety program or continuous improvement activities in the operation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum ITE/NITEC or equivalent with minimum 1 years relevant experience.
- Training will be provided for those without/lesser experience.
