Night Shift Manufacturing / Production Supervisor ( Electronics)

Brief Summary

• 5 days: 7pm-7am/11pm-7am
• Working Location: East area

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operator and Material Handlers to meet day to day performance targets.
• Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
• Conduct interviews, hire new operators and provide employee orientation
• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
• Coach and provide career development advice to staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
• Must have experience managing teams of 50 or more people.
