Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of beverage bottling and packaging lines to ensure efficient production flow and meet output targets
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and halal standards to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules for production machinery to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues to promptly resolve production disruptions
- Manage ordering and tracking of raw material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production supply
- Supervise and train a lean production team to foster a culture of precision, safety, and continuous improvement
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Secondary or Diploma or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems applied to production equipment
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards
