Production Supervisor

• Work with Production Planner and Processor engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.
• Prepare for the line setup
• Plan and assign operators to the line
• Perform monthly check on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager
• Ensure the production run per schedule.
• Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list
• Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure
• Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement.
• Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Certification if any in manufacturing experience, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields

13 years experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing

environment

Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is prefer

Previous supervisory or management-type experience is often required or preferred.

Job Requirement:

Good communication (written & verbal).

Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.

Competent handling of SMT components

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork

Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes

Physically fit for long hours of production work
