Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production operators to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency targets
• Plan and allocate manpower based on production needs and operator availability
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Monitor and report on production KPIs, yield rates, and line performance
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, including manpower challenges and workflow bottlenecks
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality departments for smooth operations
• Train and develop team members to improve skillsets and performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and cost reduction
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle manpower deployment and resolve daily operational issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ISO 9001 & ISO14001
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is an added advantage
