Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

. Assist the VP Manufacturing in executing and achieving the production plan, including daily

reporting.

. Monitor and supervise production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing

targets.

. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure raw materials meet

compliance standards.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

. Ensure all process tests are performed and documented in alignment with the company's

System and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

. Lead and conduct cGMP and Production Quality activities, including:

o Reviewing and amending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

o Following up on and closing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

o Overseeing product and process validation.

o Managing cGMP documentation for production and warehouse staff.

. Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.

Safety & Process Optimization

. Oversee product quality control to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.

. Develop and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment.

. Conduct periodic inspections of production facilities and processes to maintain compliance.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in science, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or Quality Assurance.

. Proven expertise in production management, manufacturing, or a related field.

. In-depth knowledge of:

o Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and guidelines.

o Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
