Job Summary
Drive sales growth by promoting aesthetics and surgical medical products to healthcare professionals, leveraging clinical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and achieve results independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in aesthetics and surgical product markets
- Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical protocols to effectively communicate product benefits to medical professionals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to maximize business outcomes
- Work independently with a results-oriented mindset to identify opportunities and close sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in aesthetics or surgical products
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, and clinical protocols to liaise confidently with medical professionals
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
