Develop a detailed cost plan for the tendering project, which involves estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the project, along with overheads, contingencies, and other indirect costs.
Be involved in the tendering process, preparing and submitting tender documents
Negotiate the contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring that the terms are fair and balanced.
Be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the project's cost, quality, or schedule
Find cost-effective solutions to achieve the desired project outcomes
Post Contract Phase
Monitor costs and ensure that the project is delivered within budget. This requires to track actual costs against the cost plan, identify any cost overruns, and suggest corrective action to keep costs under control.
Manage variations, which are changes to the scope of work that may impact the project's cost or schedule. This involves assessing the cost and time implications of variations and negotiating with the clients and sub-contractors.
Assess sub-contractor's progress claims, issue payment certificates and settle final accounts
Requirement:
At least 3 years experience in façade construction
Good problem solving and communication skills
Must be hard working and be able to work under pressure
Prioritize candidate who can have a good command of Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese colleagues
