Job Description
. Sourcing and procurement of all supplies, services and equipment required.
. Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers and vendors.
. Liaise with supplier and vendors to obtain project or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
. Handle routine Purchase Requests (PRs) andPurchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
. Provide full administrative support to the Procurement team in daily operations.
. Perform data entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed.
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirement
. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
. Team player and able to work under pressure
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Must be pro-active and solution oriented
