Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with AI experience to help shape and build the next generation of products at Send. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between product strategy, customer discovery, feature definition, execution, and cross-functional coordination.

As an early team member, you will play a key role in defining product direction, translating business needs into clear requirements, and bringing AI-powered experiences to market. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and building from zero to one.

What You'll Do

Own product planning and execution from discovery to launch

Work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and business teams to define product priorities

Conduct user, competitor, and market research to identify opportunities and validate product direction

Translate ideas into clear BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and feature documentation

Define MVP scope, prioritise features, and manage the product roadmap

Design and improve AI-powered user experiences, workflows, and automation features

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, practical, and aligned with business goals

Analyse user behaviour, feedback, and product performance to drive iteration and optimisation

Support pilot launches, GTM planning, and early customer onboarding from a product perspective

Help shape products across Send's ecosystem, including food delivery, merchant tools, communication, operations, data, and AI

What We're Looking For

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup, SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or tech-enabled business

Hands-on experience building or managing AI-enabled products or features

Strong understanding of how AI can improve workflows, personalisation, automation, decision-making, or user experience

Ability to write clear product documents, including BRDs, PRDs, feature specs, and process flows

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

Comfortable working across business, product, and technical teams

Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear execution plans

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on AI assistants, automation tools, recommendation engines, chat-based interfaces, CRM platforms, or operational systems

Familiarity with LLM-powered products, AI workflows, prompt design, or AI feature evaluation

Experience with marketplaces, delivery, merchant platforms, fintech, or SME-focused products

Exposure to pilot launches, early-stage GTM collaboration, or zero-to-one product building

Experience using analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive product decisions
