Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – FinTech & AI to drive the design, development, and delivery of digital wealth management products and AI-powered tools. You will work closely with investment advisors, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to build innovative solutions that serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for FinTech and AI-driven products, from ideation through to launch and iteration
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
- Manage stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements under MAS guidelines
- Drive adoption of AI and machine learning capabilities within wealth management workflows
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or FinTech
- Proven track record of delivering AI or data-driven products in regulated environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role, as the incumbent will work extensively with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparties (genuine occupational requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
