Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to the client which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, technology and operational environment of target customers, including major operational risk issues
Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success
Develop key focus sectors with specific value propositions
Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required
Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of the firm's Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets
Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders and the clients
Job Requirements:
5-7 years experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments)
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus
Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
