Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of the GenAI chatbot, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement
Assist in translating business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
Coordinate with engineering, data, design, and vendor teams to deliver chatbot features and enhancements
Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness for new releases and updates
Monitor chatbot performance using analytics, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Assist in managing product backlog, release planning, and documentation
Support governance, risk, and compliance requirements related to data, security, and AI usage
Conduct research on GenAI technologies, conversational design, and market trends to support product strategy
Provide day-to-day operational support and issue tracking for the chatbot platform
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
Strong interest or 2 3 years experience in product management, digital platforms, or AI-driven solutions
Basic understanding of GenAI, conversational AI, APIs, and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
