Job Title: Assistant Product Manager GenAI Chatbot

Experience: 23 years

Education: Graduate (IT / CS / Business preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support the development and daily operations of a GenAI chatbot. This role involves working closely with engineering, data, design, and vendors to help deliver chatbot features, support testing, track issues, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the chatbot product from idea to launch and enhancements
  • Gather business and user requirements and convert them into simple product requirements or user stories
  • Coordinate with tech, data, design, and vendor teams
  • Support testing, UAT, and release activities
  • Track chatbot performance, user feedback, and issues
  • Maintain product backlog, documentation, and release notes
  • Support data, security, and AI governance requirements
  • Assist in day-to-day operational support of the chatbot

Key Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in product, digital, business analyst, or platform roles
  • Basic understanding of GenAI / Chatbots / Conversational AI
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations (basic level)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
