Role Purpose
The Product Manager - Digital Marketing supports the development, enhancement, and global deployment of DHL Express's Marketing Technology (Martech) ecosystem. The role bridges business and IT, acting as the connective tissue between Global Marketing teams and the technology platforms that power customer acquisition and engagement through campaign execution and digital content delivery.

This role works closely with Global Marketing, Sales, IT and vendors to ensure Martech solutions are fit for purpose, reliably delivered, and continuously improved to deliver Marketing outcomes. The Product Manager translates marketing business requirements into well-defined product features, manages platform backlogs, and drives coordinated rollouts - ensuring DHL Express's digital marketing capabilities are scalable, efficient, and aligned to commercial outcomes.

This role reports to the Senior IT Product Manager - Digital Marketing and is a core contributor to DHL Express's global Martech product strategy.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL

1. Product Roadmap and Feature Delivery
. Contribute to the Martech product roadmap across Adobe Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sprinklr, and adjacent tools, with scope to extend into performance marketing and SEO tooling as the ecosystem evolves.
. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria prioritize features using data and stakeholder input.
. Support business case development, ensuring platform investments are tied to measurable outcomes such as campaign ROI, lead conversion, or customer LTV.

2. RequirementsDefinition and Backlog Management

. Elicit document and validate requirements from global marketing stakeholders.
. Maintain a structured, well-prioritized backlog aligned with business and IT delivery plans.

3. Martech Platforms Execution & Integration

. Work with IT delivery and vendor teams on technical feasibility and implementation quality participate in agile sprint activities.
. Support UAT, testing, and pilot deployments coordinate with regional Business IT and country teams during rollouts.

4. AI-Enabled Marketing Capabilities

. Identify opportunities for AI and GenAI to enhance Martech platforms - including generative content workflows, AI-driven lead scoring, predictive personalization, and automation of marketing operations tasks.
. Work with Data Analytics and AI teams to define requirements and validate model outputs against real marketing use cases.
. Ensure ethical, privacy, and compliance considerations are embedded in all AI-enabled features.

5. DataGov ernance, Privacy & Security Compliance

. Ensure Martech platforms and data flows comply with applicable regulations including GDPR, PDPA, and DHL Express data governance standards.
. Ensure all Martech applications adhere to DHL Express IT security standards, including access controls, vulnerability management, and secure integration practices, working closely with IT Security teams during platform onboarding, upgrades, and vendor assessments.

6. Stakeholderand Vendor Engagement

. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for business stakeholders on platform features, timelines, and issue resolution facilitate requirement workshops and communicate roadmap updates proactively.
. Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Adobe, Sprinklr) on product updates, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.

Do you have what it takes

Required Skills and Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
. Minimum 4 years in product management, marketing, or digital delivery with meaningful Martech exposure.
. Hands on familiarity with enterprise Martech platforms (marketing automation, CMS, social media management, CDP, performance marketing, SEO).
. Strong stakeholder management skills - credible with both business and technical audiences.
. Working knowledge of data privacy principles (e.g., GDPR, consent management) and their practical implications for Martech platforms.
. Familiarity with API-based integrations and ability to engage meaningfully with technical teams on data flows and platform connectivity.
Preferred Skills and Experience
. Hands on experience with Adobe Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager.
. Understanding of marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
. Experience with or strong interest in GenAI and AI applications in marketing - generative content, predictive models, and AI-assisted campaign operations.
. Understanding of omnichannel customer journey orchestration and A/B testing methodologies.
. Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
