Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of AI solutions within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. As AI Product Manager, you will identify and shape high-impact AI use cases for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket and own them from idea to scaled deployment, ensuring measurable business value.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business domains to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Define business problems, value hypotheses, and success KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Own the AI use case lifecycle from concept to pilot, rollout, and scale, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create AI solutions in collaboration with Bosch Internal AI and BTP teams, leveraging internal resources and expertise.
  • Track and communicate business impact (ROI, efficiency, quality) to demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.
  • Engage global and regional stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Shape product priorities by translating business insights into a clear roadmap.
  • Engage with users to understand requirements, validate pain points, and gather detailed Solution requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle - from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration - with well-defined user stories and specifications.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality, usability, and performance standards.
  • Define and track KPIs, using data, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current on AI and market trends and apply emerging capabilities to improve product value.
  • Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld within product areas.
  • Produce clear product documentation and contribute to shared knowledge and communication across teams.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • 8-12 years of experience in Product management, product ownership, or business analyst roles. Digital / AI / analytics initiatives
  • Proven experience in shaping and delivering data and AI strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Strong background in benefit tracking, ROI modelling and embedding value frameworks into transformation programmes.
  • Experience in the Trading, Automotive or aftermarket industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of applying Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex data and AI solutions at scale.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Passionate about driving change through data and AI.
  • T-Shaped Expertise: Deep specialisation in data and AI value strategy combined with broad consulting experience across adjacent areas such as data strategy, AI operating models, change management and transformation delivery. This enables you to contribute effectively beyond valuation and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
