About the role
As a Product Executive at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our innovative communication products. In this full-time position based in the North-East Region, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and user guides
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of our products
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven enhancements
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality of product components
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful product adoption and utilisation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Product Management
- 1 years of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes, including ideation, development, launch, and maintenance
- Proficiency in using product management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the communications technology landscape
