Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Product Executive to support the development and coordination of sustainability-focused digital products and initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and coordination skills, with an interest in technology, sustainability, and data-driven decision making. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to support product improvements, project coordination, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product development initiatives and sustainability-related projects.
- Work closely with internal teams and external technology providers to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of product enhancements.
- Assist in gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating project timelines.
- Monitor product performance and support data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business and operational decisions.
- Support the management and tracking of ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sustainability, supply chain, and technology functions.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, new technologies, and sustainability best practices.
- Propose innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance product value and operational efficiency.
- Assist in user testing, feedback collection, and issue resolution during product implementation phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in product management, IT project management, or supply chain sustainability.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Power BI will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to contribute new ideas and solutions.
- Able to effectively manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in social and environmental sustainability.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of sustainability reporting, ESG, or supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, system implementation, or product coordination.
- Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus.
