A leading global player in shipping and logistics is expanding its commercial team and seeking highly qualified candidates for the Quality Assurance Executive position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA procedures and standards across warehouse, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
- Conduct audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
- Investigate quality issues (mis‑shipments, damages, delays, non‑conformances) and lead root cause analysis with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Report quality metrics (damage rate, mis‑pick rate, claim frequency) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related field with2+ years of QA/logistics experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehousing, transportation flows, and Methodologies (ISO 9001, audits, SOP compliance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for dashboards and reporting.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and problem‑solving techniques
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
