Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support such as coordination of office-related logistics and supplies
- Maintain records and assist with documentation
- Support internal events and administrative activities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors
