We are looking for a hands-on Procurement & Sourcing Executive to support sourcing of materials, packaging, and finished products, while ensuring cost efficiency and reliable supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, packaging, and finished goods (e.g. bottles, boxes, components)
- Identify and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas (mainly China and Southeast Asia)
- Request quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements
- Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on production
- Maintain supplier database, documentation, and purchase records
- Support basic quality checks and resolve supplier issues when needed
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Experience working with overseas suppliers (China experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes is a plus
- Able to communicate in Mandarin for supplier coordination
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
